Trident Construction Solutions are a multi-disciplinary organisation offering problem solving services to Building Owners and all elements of the Construction Industry throughout the UK and Ireland.

Our staff all have over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry and specialise in offering practical and economic solutions to a wide range of problems that occur on a daily basis.

All our Fire Risk Assessors have been extensively trained at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and are able to carry out fire safety risk assessments on all form of existing buildings. Typical services offered are:

• Fire Safety Risk Assessment to satisfy the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

• Fire Risk Assessments analysing likely risk to building assets for insurance purposes.

• Building Surveys and production of accurate Fire Plans.

Recent changes to Parts E and L of the Building Regulations have introduced the principal of on-site testing of buildings to assess their likely air leakage and acoustic performance. As well as arranging the appropriate tests we are able to work together with the designers and contractors to ensure that the necessary on-site works have been carried out resulting in a successful test result without the need for last minute remedial works.

We can offer our independent expertise to advise Architects, Specifiers and Principal Contractors on the most economic and practical method of satisfying the onerous requirements of Part B (Fire Safety) of the Building Regulations.
